So I made a Turkey this weekend and we will be having turkey all week. We all just love turkey so that is good. We had a turnkey dinner again tonight and tomorrow I will be making turkey pot pie and then we will just have it for sandwichs. My husband has a PS2 and he loves it. He plays it on the weekends especially this time of year…when the weather is just too cold to go out and do anything. But when he starts playing…he just can not stop. It is addictive and he will literally play for 9 hours straight and not even realize how much time has pasted. My husband is going to need las vegas hotel reservations in March. His cousin is getting married and his bachelor party is in Las Vegas. I really don’t know why and I think that it is very stupid and a waste of money for them to have a party in Las Vegas but my husband is close to his cousin so he is going to go. I just love looking for lighting and lighting fixtures. I have for the past few months because I am just disgusted with what I have over here. I would love a really nice chandelier for the kitchen and really nice bathroom vanity lighting. Even the outdoor lighting I have is just not very appealing to the eye. It does not look nice at all even though it still works. I found really great residential as well as commerial lighting online. Personally, I just prefer to do most things online whether it is shopping or it is for automated pc repair. You can just about do it all online these days - go to school and get your degree or talk to your friend miles away…the computer and internet is just great! You just have to make sure that you computer is up to par and working correctly…and in my case…not so much. I need a better computer. I am saving but everytime I get closer to getting one I have to use the money I saved for my oil bill! Not Fair!

Hot Fudge Cake

I just made some hot fudge cake tonight and it was just so incredibly good! And it was so easy to make. It was a betty crocker box kit and it was great. And it was great with hot chocolate actually. I just wish there was more hot fudge in the cake though. You have to drizzle it over the cake and it then kinda goes in the cake. It is really good though…my family just loved it!

How incredibly tacky and thoughtless is that. They could have at least had some nice candy to put on the table! I am actualy in the process of switching my ceiling fans with new ones…it is a lot harder than I thought. Luckily my brother in law is a carpenter by trade and he works alot with electricity so he can help me out. And the ceiling fans that I had were in nee dof replacment because they were barely working correctly and they just looked absolutely horrible. If you want your meals to be still cooked and your clothes washed then no I would not recommend that tactic. Can you believe that it is school time already! Where oh where did the summer go. It just flew by for me. It was June and now it is September or almost september…just a few more days of August left. And the weather is getting crisp outdoors…I don’t want to go back to school that is for sure.

I went on one of those Caribbean cruises last summer and I just loved it. Me and my husband went and it was just so nice and relaxing and just a refreshing change that what we normally do each year…. which is pretty much nothing. My sister in law went to Florida on one of those Orlando vacations and she just loved it! They got married in May but they could not go on their honey moon until this month because they were both working when they got married. But they said it was worth the wait because it was fabuous. I have not been to Disney theme parks in over 2 decades and that in my opinion is just way too long of a wait to go and visit there! I have to schedule a vacation there either next year of the year after!
