Wow, just when you think that it can not get any colder….it does. And when it gets cold it just gets me thinking about going on that winter vacation. Why do people go on vacations in the summer time. I think that the best time to go to that costa rica all inclusive resort is during the colder months so that you can really enjoy it. And then you can go back to work with that tan and get all of your co-worker jealous
