My uncle always has a cigar and it use to be a hobby but now he always has one and he is quite the connoisseur. So, they make for great gifts especially when you have no idea what to get an uncle for a gift. There are so many types and kinds and flavors of cigars everything from fruity cigars to the macanudo cigars. I personally do not like the smell of the cigars and they are not all that healthy for you but it makes a great gift for someone that does.
