You should not keep all of your emotions bottled up because one day you are just going to blow and your mate will not have any idea why you are screaming over a very trivial issues. It happens all the time. People just put things on the backburner but they do not let them go….it just sits their brewing! It has been known that men will cheat because they can…but for women it is a sign that they are unhappy and that they are having problems in their life or in their relationship. I think that all parents and adults need to have that little bit of alone time before theygo off to sleep especially if you have children. And I never realized this until I did have children. My mom would always say that she nees a lone time with my dad to just sit and talk and watch tv with out the kids running around. You don’t understand this until you have your own kids! If you are married then sometimes it is just a little attention that they want. In my opinion, it is the little things that just make a spouses day. Giving her that kiss when you get home or perhaps saying how pretty she is looking.
