Did you know that doing household chores counts as a mild form of exercise. Just having to bring up the laundry from the laundry room can be a work out. And then there is cleaning, dusting, just constantly bending down and standing up picking up all the things left around the house. If you want a little more exercise then dance around the house while you are cleaning – it makes things more fun too…breaks up the monotony.
