There are supplements for everything these days…take xpi myotein – that is a supplement for protein and then there are the diet supplements and the hgh supplements…you need to really read up on them before you go out and get them. There are many reviews out there online too so it makes it very easy. And when you are reading the reviews always read the bad ones too. You also want to read up on the ingredients and the side effects. Some supplements are pretty natural – those are the ones I would prefer.
