I need a quick weight loss diet that will work because I just got invited to a mini reunion and I have a dress that I would love to wear. It fits but it does not fit correctly in the right places. For example – it fits around my waste but it does not look good because you can see my stomach. I need something to help me out with that and fast. I will put in the work and start doing my crunches and cardio workouts but I need something that can help me out as well and I only have 3 months to look fabulous. You do not want to look bad or old at a reunion and I have not seen these people in 20 years!
