In order to remain healthy, we must have good health insurance. Trying to pay for doctors without insurance is impossible today. It is not just the office visit it is the blood work that we must have . It’s tests that we must have at age 40, more at age 50, and so on. This amounts to thousands. You hope nothing will be found, because a lifetime of savings could be wiped out. It’s the specialist we must go to when something is diagnoised. It is a real worry today for so many people. We have health insurance through my husband’s work, but we pay dearly.
